What Drives us?
The Story Behind Founding Our Mentorship
Several years ago we completed our first Botox and filler course and received our certifications to start injecting. However, we didn’t feel prepared to start injecting on our own with just one or two days of training. We also discovered practices only wanted to hire clinicians with experience. We felt that we had wasted our money and that our dream of a prosperous medical esthetics career were over.
Luckily, after an extensive search, we were able to find a couple of great mentors who provided us with world-renowned training and unprecedented guidance, which has been the key to our success.
Throughout the next couple of years, we continued to hear the same complaints from numerous clinicians, “I spent all this money to get certified, but I have no idea how to practice or who to go for guidance.” So, we built our own program to address both!
The 6-month Mentorship Program is not just a one-day course but rather an exclusive 6-month mentoring journey specifically designed to ensure clinicians have the confidence, knowledge and skills to begin and thrive in their medical esthetics career.

Month 1:

- Anatomy of the upper 1/3 of the face
- How the aging process affects the upper 1/3 of the face
- Introduction to the Golden Ratio and mapping out the Upper 1/3 of the face
- Introduction to neurotoxin and injecting the upper 1/3 of the face
Week 2-3: Online on the MD Esthetics Academy online portal
- Anatomy of the middle 1/3 and lower 1/3 of the face
- How the aging process affects the middle 1/3 and lower 1/3 of the face
- Mapping out the middle 1/3 of the face
- Injecting the Neurotoxin into the mid and lower face
Week 4: Live hands-on demonstrations and injecting models (8 hours)
- Introduction to the Golden Ratio and mapping the Upper 1/3 of the face
- Learn to reconstitute neurotoxin
- Perform frontalis, glabellar, crow's feet, temporalis, and brow lift injections.
Month 2:
Week 1: Online on the MD Esthetics Academy online portal
- Q&A for the upper, mid, and lower face Neurotoxin
- Post-treatment instructions and managing complications
Weeks 2-3: Online at the MD Esthetics Academy online portal
- Introduction to dermal fillers; types, indications, contraindications
- Preparing for filler injections and different filler techniques
- Basic filler techniques of the mid-face
- Basic techniques of the lower face (lips)
- Mapping out and injecting the lips
Week 4: Live hands-on demonstrations and injecting models (8 hours)
- Mapping out the mid and lower face
- Linear thread and bolus dermal filler injections to the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and lips
Month 3:
Week 1: Online at the MD Esthetics Academy online portal
- Advanced filler technique (jawline)
- Q&A for mapping the face and basic dermal filler injections of the mid & lower face
Weeks 2-3: Online at the MD Esthetics Academy online portal
- Advanced filler technique (chin)
- Advanced filler techniques (cannula for lip lines, marionettes, mentalis, nasolabials)
- Post-treatment instructions and managing dermal filler complications
Week 4: Live hands-on demonstrations and injecting models (8 hours)
- Review mapping the face using the Golden Ratio
- Combination of needle technique and cannula for the jawline, chin, lip lines, marionettes, mentalis, and nasolabial injections
Month 4:

- Advanced filler techniques (tear trough correction, lateral orbital rim, A-frame)
- Q&A for mapping the face, advanced neurotoxin techniques, and advanced lower face filler)
