Michael Pedro, MD

Dr. Pedro received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and attended medical school at Saba University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Pedro was introduced to the field of medical esthetics and quickly fell in love with the industry. He completed his first injectables training at the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, received several private trainings and has been mentored by Erika Barry (ie: Injector Bunny), and completed SWIFT Beauty’s Master Injectables Course. 

Dr. Pedro is excited to share his knowledge and skills with his students and to help them develop and grow into successful injectors!

Angela Lamothe, APRN

Windham NH, & Norfolk, VA Locations

Angela Lamothe is a Board certified Family Nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of nursing experience and has been an NP for over 10 years. Early in her career as an LPN, Angela knew she wanted to continue her education and work to promote clinical excellence. She went on to earn her bachelor's and master's degrees from Rivier University and graduated with high distinction. Her specialties have included medical-surgical nursing, cardiology, perioperative medicine, Gastroenterology, and esthetics.  

As a nurse practitioner, her treatment plans are focused on promoting health and prevention of illness, and in the esthetic industry, she feels this is just as important. She loves to work with patients to address their anti-aging goals as well as address any specific concerns they have whether it be acne, acne scaring, lesions, or fine lines. With her years of experience, she has learned that patients' emotional self is optimized when they feel good in their skin.

 Claudia Webb, RN, BSN

Windham NH Location

Claudia received her bachelors in nursing at Worcester State University in 2021 and practiced as a PCU certified float nurse for 2 years. She has experience training new graduate nurses who joined the float pool, and found a passion for educating other nurses. Claudia is now licensed in 3 different states and is practicing as a master injector (trained through MD Esthetics). She is currently enrolled at Salem State University, working on obtaining her NP license. As manager of clinical training, Claudia is excited to educate MD Academy students and help further their careers in aesthetic medicine.

 Ashley Penta, RN, BSN

Peabody MA Location

Ashley earned her BSN in 2015 at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. While working as a heart transplant/failure RN, she became inspired over time by her patients and the adversities she watched them face first-handedly. Her passion became caring for each person as a holistic whole; inside and out: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Aesthetic Nursing gave her that opportunity and she pursued its journey. Ashley started InjectZEN, a medical spa in Peabody MA, in 2019 to create a safe space for clients. Having a safe space allows her clients to come forward openly with their vulnerabilities, insecurities,  and struggles, while walking away feeling confident and beautiful in their own unique way.
